More Than 9,000 Fans Cheered for the Mexican National Team at the T-Mobile World Cup Viewing Party

BELLEVUE, Wash., June 11 /PRNewswire-HISPANIC PR WIRE/ -- On the morning of June 11, for the opening World Cup match, more than 9,000 Mexican National Team fans attended the public viewing party at Plaza Mexico in Lynwood, Calif., hosted by T-Mobile USA, Inc. Fans flocked from all over Southern California to attend the event, which featured three jumbo high definition screens placed throughout the plaza, live music and entertainment, games, prizes, giveaways and complimentary food and refreshments. In addition, T-Mobile customers received access to a VIP viewing area during the telecast of the game on Univision's high definition broadcast.

The T-Mobile viewing party of the World Cup inaugural match provided the Mexican National Team fan-base living in Southern California with a gathering experience for their friends and family, similar to those in Mexico.
