Only GolTV Will Carry Copa Centroamericana Matches Live Beginning January 14
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GolTV, the nation’s only independent bilingual channel delivering the most sought-after international fútbol, will telecast exclusive live coverage of the 2011 Copa Centroamericana tournament, formerly known as the UNCAF Nations Cup, from January 14 through January 23. Live from the Estadio Rommel Fernandez in Panama City, this biennial event will kick off on GolTV and GolTV HD as Nicaragua takes on El Salvador at 5 p.m. EST on January 14.

Tuesday, January 18

After the January 14-18 group stage, six teams advance to the knock-off series on January 21. The top two teams in each group will advance to a traditional semifinal round, and the two lowest teams will face off to qualify for the fifth and final spot in the CONCACAF Gold Cup. The finals will take place on January 23 along with a match to determine the third place finisher.
