Five and a half hours before Miguel Cotto would square off with Antonio Margarito at New York’s Madison Square Garden, Felix Palau was already holding court two blocks away. At The Parlour, a popular pre-game (or pre-fight) watering hole, the Vice President of Marketing for Tecate beer was in his element, schmoozing with staffers, vendors and, what the heck, a couple of reporters. When there’s a big fight – New York, L.A. or Vegas – Tecate is sure to be there.
